Vosges Haut-Chocolat exotic truffles are hand-made from the finest ingredients, all personally selected by Chocolatier, Katrina Markoff. Markoff utilizes the traditional methods of French confectionery artistry which she learned during her studies in Paris at Le Cordon Bleu. In conjunction with her training at Le Cordon Bleu in the art of pastry and cuisine, she incorporates her own fresh, creative flair to produce her unique ‘exotic truffle’ creations. The small, European-style truffles are all made with a blend of high-end Belgium and French chocolates giving a pure flavor with a long lingering finish. The result is an explosive, sensory experience for the palate.
